Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, signing up for, or using the Linkpost application ("Service"), operated by Linkpost ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Service Overview

Linkpost is an AI-powered Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application designed to assist professionals, founders, and creators in writing LinkedIn post hooks, post bodies, and hashtags. Features include multi-tone selection, post history management, and automated daily limit enforcement.

3. User Accounts & Authentication

You authenticate your account using Google Sign-In via Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your Google account and for all activities that occur under your Linkpost account.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

• Free Tier: Includes 5 post generations per day, 3 unlocked tone presets, and basic hashtag suggestions. Limits reset daily.
• Pro Plan ($9 / month): Unlocks unlimited post generations, all tone presets, full hashtag suggestions, and post history access.
• Team Plan ($45 / year): Annual billing plan providing all Pro features, brand voice customization, and priority support.
• Billing & Processors: Payments are processed via authorized payment gateways (Lemon Squeezy). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal.

5. Acceptable Use & User Responsibilities

You agree to use Linkpost responsibly and lawfully. You agree NOT to:

• Submit prompts intended to generate hate speech, illegal material, harassment, or spam.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, probe system vulnerabilities, or reverse-engineer API endpoints.
• Automate account creation or use unauthorized scraping tools on the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Post suggestions are generated using artificial intelligence language models. AI outputs are provided "as-is." You acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated text prior to publishing on LinkedIn.
• Linkpost does not guarantee that generated text will be 100% accurate, error-free, or suitable for your specific professional intended outcome.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the post content generated for your account. Linkpost retains all right, title, and intellectual property in the platform code, branding, logos, and user interface.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse platform resources, or engage in fraudulent billing activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Linkpost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
