2. Information We Collect

We collect essential information required to operate our AI subscription application:

• Google Sign-In & Authentication: When you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your email address, display name, and unique user identifier (UID) provided securely by Firebase Authentication.
• User Profile Information: Basic profile data stored within your account settings to customize your experience.
• AI Prompts & Input Data: Text inputs, topics, and tone selections submitted to generate LinkedIn content.
• Generated LinkedIn Posts: Hooks, post bodies, and hashtags generated by our AI language models and stored in your account history.
• Firestore Database Storage: Your generated post history, daily usage limits, and active plan metadata are securely stored in Google Cloud Firestore Database.
• Payment & Billing Data: Payments are processed directly and securely by accredited third-party payment gateways, including Lemon Squeezy. Linkpost does not store or process credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or bank account passwords on our servers. We receive only transaction confirmations, subscription statuses, and renewal timestamps.
• Cookies & Technical Analytics: Essential session cookies and local storage tokens used for session persistence, authentication, rate limiting, and basic platform analytics.

3. Third-Party Services & Infrastructure

We work with leading infrastructure providers to deliver our services securely:

• Firebase Authentication: Secure user sign-in and session management.
• Google Cloud Firestore: Encrypted database storage for user profiles and post history.
• Lemon Squeezy: Secure payment processing, checkout flow, and tax compliance.
• Groq API: High-performance AI model inference for post generation.

4. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used strictly for legitimate application functionality:

• To generate tailored LinkedIn hooks, post text, and hashtags.
• To maintain your saved post history inside your personal dashboard.
• To track daily free plan limit usage and enforce Pro/Team plan privileges.
• To communicate service updates, receipt confirmations, and customer support responses.

5. Data Retention & Security

We retain your account data and generated posts for as long as your account remains active. All data transmission is encrypted using Industry-Standard Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3), and stored data is encrypted at rest within Google Cloud infrastructure.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You hold the right to access, rectify, or permanently delete your account data:

• Data Access: View all saved posts directly inside your Linkpost dashboard.
• Account & Data Deletion: Request permanent deletion of your Firebase Authentication account and Firestore user document by sending an email to support.linkpost@gmail.com.
